Tax Evasion eLearning

An Articulate Storyline course that simplifies tax evasion concepts through practical, real-world decision-making! This reduced time-to-competency and improved learner confidence. The solution combined scenario-based eLearning and job aids to support real-world application, resulting in measurable behaviour change and improved operational consistency.

Project Controls eLearning

For this Storyline build, I developed a reusable template which could be used across all 9 modules. This outcome-led experience that translated complex subject matter into clear, actionable decision-making scenarios, with bespoke interactions throughout. Completion rates exceeded expectations and post-learning feedback showed increased confidence and improved on-the-job application.

Salesforce eLearning

One of my favourite projects! A scenario-led course designed to make systems training more interesting. I reimagined mandatory learning into an engaging, risk-aware digital experience, improving knowledge retention and reducing repeat compliance errors. Made using Vyond and Articulate.

Delegation of Authority eLearning

A guide to the Delegation of Authority Framework, showing key approval levels and how decisions are escalated. I partnered closely with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to identify root performance gaps and co-create targeted digital interventions. Built using the Mighty plugin and Synthesia in Articulate Rise.

Personal Academic Tutoring website

Developed a responsive website using Bootstrap and CSS to communicate updated personal tutoring policies to students and staff at Cardiff Metropolitan University. The site presents key information in a clear, accessible format and aligns with the university’s refreshed brand guidelines. Existing imagery of staff and students was incorporated to reflect authentic teaching and support environments, helping users quickly understand how and when to access personal tutoring support.
